Project Zero started with the goal of bringing higher levels of coffee to customers with greater convenience, choice and accessibility. 

Founder Kirk Pearson previously worked for some of the most reputable coffee brands in Australia and has always sought to radically improve the way coffee is served. 

Kirk cut a name for himself running Sub-Zero Coffee, a temporary cafe that hosted pop ups serving some of the worlds rarest coffees, out of a freezer! 

Kirk also founded the Coffee Show with Kirk Pearson, which may be the biggest podcast in the coffee space, that hosts the most influential names in all of the industry. 

But enough about that. Everything is really about where to next! And we have big goals that we want to achieve.
