Fabian Lomas combines years of coffee research with hands-on farming at his 4-hectare farm in La Perla, one of Ecuador's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Situated within the Chocó Andino Biosphere Reserve, this Sidra microlot showcases the exceptional quality that has made Ecuador a standout origin for specialty coffee.

Carefully washed and slow-dried on African beds, this filter roast is vibrant and elegant, opening with juicy pineapple, layered with warming spiced apple, and finishing with the crisp, floral complexity of Riesling. Bright acidity and refined sweetness make for a beautifully clean and memorable cup.
