This microlot showcases the care and precision behind her work, highlighting Ecuador's growing reputation for world-class specialty coffee.

This Special Release is a washed double fermentation anaerobic Sidra, offering a vibrant and expressive cup with layers of ripe peach, juicy papaya, sweet apricot, and bright marmalade. Delicate sweetness and lively acidity come together to create a complex yet beautifully balanced filter experience.
