This blend features 50% co-fermented Pink Bourbon from Colombia, anaerobically fermented with dried lychee and wine yeast. The result is a cup that bursts with lychee candy sweetness, lifted aromatics, and a vibrant, juicy profile. To keep it balanced and clean, we paired it with a washed Colombian coffee — bringing clarity, structure, and a refreshing finish.
